Direct Instructor
Direct instructors work directly with the child, in the family’s home or a community location on a recurring, weekly basis.
Qualifications:
· BA/BS in progress.
· Passing grade on the written exam.
·Other qualities include a strong work ethic,
interest or experience working with special needs kids, patient,motivated, and compassionate.

Program Coordinator
Program coordinators work with senior clinicians at CPC to ensure the quality of services and education for the families and staff.
Qualifications:
· BA/BS completed or MA/MS in progress.
· 1000 hours or at least 1 year of supervised experience.
· Enrollment or completion of BCBA
· Other qualities include strong work ethic, organization and management skills, knowledge in child development, familiar with autism intervention programming.
