Purpose
California PychCare Inc., is looking for energetic, compassionate and caring staff to work with CHILDREN and TEENS with Autism or other Developmental Disabilities. If you are interested in working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis this is the job for you.
Requirements:
1. Highly motivated to learn about ABA, autism and other disabilities (Trainings provided!)

2. A bachelors degree in psychology, sociology, early childhood development or other related field of study is highly preferred, BS/BA must be in progress

3. Compassion and understanding of individuals and families with disabilities

4. Reliable transportation

5. Bilingual in Spanish and English

6. Willing to travel between Santa Paula, Ojai, Ventura and Oxnard
