Behavior Assessment

CPC provides assessments that are developmentally appropriate. Leili Zarbakhsh, LEP, BCBA, MFT supports our assessment department to ensure that all behavior assessments are grounded and consistent with the trajectory of typical development.

CPC conducts multi-site assessments. One session is conducted at the clinic where children are introduced to novel environment. One session is conducted at the house of the family where children are familiar with both physical and social environment. One session will take place at school to observe children’s interactions with peers. And one session will take place at speech or occupational therapy sessions to observe children and their behavior in therapy.

CPC has two tracks for conducting assessment. One track assess’ the child’s behavior whereas the other track focuses on the parents understanding of autism and other disabilities that may be affecting their children.
